When we purchased our first home in 2018 with Cristian (he worked for Iron Valley at the time) we had such an amazing experience that we actually sought him out to sell it in 2024. Easy and seamless process

Cristian was fantastic. Easy going, flexible, and dedicated. It was never an issue when we didn’t like a house, and never a problem when we asked to see several different houses in one day! He was quick to put in our offer and helped us Land our dream home. 10/10 would recommend Cristian to anyone I know!

Cristian was a very pleasant person to work with . He was able to meet us at any home to walk through it within a matter of 24- occasionally 48 hours. He was able to help guide us in being competitive, resulting in us having an offer accepted, on our second home that we had put an offer in. Some VA loan knowledge could be improved, however he performed competently and efficiently throughout our home buying experience.

What an amazing experience working with Cristian!! The quality of his work & the interest to help us obtain our perfect home truly made this a great experience for us. From the very first time we spoke Cristian really made us feel important. He listened to our likes and wants and helped us through the ups and downs. Cristian has been very helpful throughout the entire house buying process. The first home we went in on didnt work out due to problems I found with the property due to the seller lying on their disclosure, however we found a home that suited my needs and actually exceeded my expectations and we were able to pull it off. I used Zillow because I heard about it on TV and several websites online. I was able to find Cristian due to the homes that I was looking at online. Since i met him at one of the l homes that I wanted to look at, he has been knowledgeable and upfront with me. We discussed pricing and financing and each time we discussed a home, Cristian, was there to help me understand the benefits of the home, violations that may be present in the home due to non working devices or portions of the home. He didn't make me feel pressure to buy a property and when we hit a sore point on a property, he made suggestions of other similar priced properties in my area that we could visit. All of the questions that I asked could wither be answered by him immediately, or he would get back with me when he had the answer. Thank you Cristian for helping purchase my home.

worked with christian for a yr to find a house suitable for me. sold my house and kept me up to date on listings and my house. answered questions that i asked and was pleasant to work with. even though i bought a house without a realtor he still made sure i was connected and understood the formalities in signing on both selling and purchase of new house. i recomend him you will not be disappointed in his work
